involved should always be aware of their own health and safety and that of
others. Tabards should worn if possible by volunteers so that they are easily
identifiable. Ensure people wear suitable protective clothing. 3.3.2
Any Parish councillor involved in a response should keep a log of all
requests for assistance or action taken. An incident log that can be used to
