Fantastic Celebrations in Wheatley for
The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
 Reserve the date now!! Sat. June 2nd.
Preliminary Programme.

 3pm . Starting from the Sun Inn: A Royal Procession of Queens,     
            Kings, Princes & Princesses of all ages; Decorated cycles
            and any other bright ideas on the “Royal Theme! ”
 3.15pm onwards: Arrival at Playing Field: Judging of Fancy Dress: classes :-up to 6yrs; 7-11yrs; 12-18yrs; Adult.     Best Cycle.
 3.30pm onwards: Olympics for Children, followed by
    “The Great Wheelbarrow Race” classes :-Adult & Child; 2 Adults
 4.15pm ;  “Royal” Picnic Tea------Bring you own food and drink
           Large Marquee on site but own Gazebos etc. welcome.
 5.00pm: Talent show & dance competition to Disco music
 6pm: Disco begins.
6.30pm -7pm & 8.00 – 8.30pm: Special Displays by Irish Dance
Academy.
          Licensed Bar from 6pm ;
Hot Food available from 7pm.
 Sunday:-Open Gardens  round the village
from 1pm;
                Afternoon teas in The Village Hall.
